He eventually comes to believe that his powers are real, and they begin fighting against the Ancient's spirits. Through Kali and Shadow's search for the Ancient, they eventually find him. To find the Ancient, the Shadow must defeat Cronos. He then takes him to Kali, who has the Ancient, who is a powerful being who trained many warriors. Cypher then fights Shadow, and he claims that Shadow is capable of defeating Titan. As a result, Shadow gains the respect of the resistance by defeating them all. At the beginning of the Resistance's leader Cypher's speech, he informs Shadow that Titan is an alien warlord who has already conquered many worlds. After defeating Shroud, Shadow is attacked by Kali, who saves him. The demons join together to try and stop Shadow, but he eventually closes the Gates. He eventually succeeds in defeating all the demons, and returning to the Gates of Shadow for permanent seal. He is accompanied by several allies, including a conman named Sly. There are multiple chapters, each revolving around a different demon that Shadow must face. To finally beat the demons, Shadow must retrieve the ancient seals that they are guarding and use them to seal the Gates. These demons then turned him into a terrifying creature. Once a legendary warrior, Shadow lost his physical body to six powerful demons after accidentally opening the Gates of Shadows. The world of Shadow Fight 2 is heavily inspired by classic Far East culture, with cutscenes that are designed to explain the protagonist's backstory. The game features a story that is more focused on the character's quest to regain his lost physical body.
